About
This is the ONLY volunteer event being hosted by the Franciscan Center until regular volunteer events resume on Monday, February 7th.
Note: This event is occurring OUTSIDE and OFF-SITE
The Franciscan Center helps all of the people who come through its doors, but what about the people who can't? Not everyone can physically come to the Franciscan Center or other locations to get the help they need. This event is to help those people. Our Community Cook-Out and Resource Fair is to help individuals who are living in homeless encampments to get a hot meal, a Covid-19 vaccine, and other resources to help them live their BEST life.
Volunteers for this event will:
🚗Free parking in the BP Gas Station
🚶This event requires standing for long periods of time
🧥Dress according to the weather! This event will be completely OUTSIDE
