Volunteer Compliance Requirements:

Per JHU's Safety of Children in University Programs policy, all volunteers at this event must complete a screening process before volunteering. This includes completing an online training AND completing a non-biometric background check. There is no cost to volunteers for this process and additional information will be provided to you once you have been assigned a volunteer role.

* Any JHU affiliate that has completed a fingerprinting or background check through JHU in the past 5 years may meet compliance requirements. Contact Artelia Davis at adavi243@jh.edu to verify your clearance status.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement:

Campus guests older than 5 years old who will be inside campus-operated buildings for this event are highly encouraged to comply with university COVID-19 vaccination requirements already in place for our affiliates.
